Radicchio, baby spinach, Belgian endives, red onion, feta cheese and Kalamata olives dressed with a Lemon Basil vinaigrette


Appetizer

Cape North mussels steamed in a  roasted red pepper cream sauce and apple julienne and garlic crostini
 

Snow Crab tartlette filled with savoury crustard and served with a baby Shrimp Salsa


Pasta

Linguini with baby spinach, house dried tomatoes, wild mushrooms tossed with our Basil Olive Oil Pesto.............Add grilled Chicken

Nova Scotian Shrimp and Scallop Fusilli laced in a light lobster sauce flavoured with cognac and garnished with fresh Mussells
 


From the Oven and Grill

Cedar planked Atlantic Salmon, oven baked and glazed with Acadian Maple and topped with grilled leek
 
Charbroiled 8oz Black Angus striploin nicely finished with Cabernet Sauvignon demi glaze and Blue Cheese crumble

Slow oven roasted Alberta's Finest Prime Rib served with horseradish jus

Cranberry & Dijon crusted rack of lamb with rosemary demiglace
 
Pan seared Digby scallops served with 7 grain rice and Roasted Red Pepper Beurre Blanc


From the Harbour

Steamed Margaree snow crab with chef's own butter sauce

Pick your own Belle Cote lobster Dinner from our tank,  served with citrus Beurre Blanc

All entries served with chef's selection of fresh vegetables and starch.
